Letter to the Editors: Feb. 27, 2016
Editors,
I want to thank all the students who came to the debate on the death penalty sponsored by the Amnesty International Club. It was fantastic to see so many people packed into my classroom to witness the proceedings. I would also like to thank Nikita Prokhorov for doing such an excellent job of debating. The club members and I want to extend an invitation to all students to attend our meetings which take place Fridays at lunch in room D-27. We especially would like to invite underclassmen, as much of our membership consists of seniors who will be off to college next year. Amnesty International is a worldwide organization dedicated to the preservation of human rights. Join us to continue the discussion on the death penalty and a host of other topics.
